Our stagings have proven at 98% to bring in multiple offers for the selling price or more.    The furniture is availabe for purchase if the buyer desires.

We use contemporary, modern, transitional, traditional, Asian eclectic and original art in our homes.   If we don't have the right pieces, we find them!

The furnishings are determined by the house type, neighborhood, and sometime's a seller's preference.
