Equipment: The Hidden Chateau will assist you in your
selection and will handle all of your equipment rental needs.
Catering: You may select your own licensed caterer, or
the Hidden Chateau can handle the catering for you.
Valet Services: Our experience has found that valet parking
is ideal for 60 - 150 guests.
Alcohol: You are welcome to bring your own wine or beer;
liquor and spirits are allowed with licensed bartender.
Overtime: Any event that extends beyond the allowed
time will be subject to an additional charge (taxable) for any hour,
or any fraction thereof.
Scheduling: Staff may begin setting up equipment two hours
prior to the ceremony. Due to city regulations, we cannot allow parties
to extend beyond 10:00 pm. Therefore, we suggest planning final activities
around 9:30 pm.
Music & Sound: Amplified music and a P.A.system are
permissible until 10:00 pm; however, the noise level may not exceed 85 decibels
at any time.
A few minutes before 10:00, a coordinator will notify the appropriate persons.
Lighting: Our events director will be able to advise
parties on lighting.
Decorations: The Hidden Chateau will assist you or your
wedding planner in designing your event theme. See
contract for guidelines and restrictions.
Cancellation: In the unfortunate event of a cancellation,
the client will forfeit the initial 50% deposit on the Facility Rate. In
addition, the client may be subject to any charges that were required to
secure equipment and/or staff.
Taxes and Service Charge: Los Angeles tax rate is 8.25%.
The service charge is 18% and in accordance with California State Sales
Tax Regulation 1063.
Payment: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard,American Express,
or cashier's checks.
